Here with some comments for #FeedbackFrenzy. I have only limited experience in photomanipulation, and have definitely never put something together as well blended as this. I really like the effect you used to help the whole work come together. My biggest niggle is the model's hair. It loses pretty much all of its texture, which makes it stand out quite a bit from the still quite detailed bird. I think using a brush to give it back some texture and adding in a few low- and highlights will help it better match the texture that the bird has.
The tree she is standing near throws off the balance of the image a bit because it is so much darker/has more detail than the rest of the background. Perhaps adding another, similarly textured but smaller tree on the opposite side in the background might help bring a little more balance to the image. Or, you could darken up the tree already closest to the model in the background so that it does not fade quite so evenly with those behind it. I'm not sure what tools would do that though.
All that said, this is a well-composed manipulation and I like the flowy, dreamy feel you've created. It reminds me of one of the classic Disney princesses.
I love how soft and romantic this piece is. It has a mystery about it that's calming and soothing to look at. The colors are beautifully blended and matched, to create a realistic effect, which is hard to obtain with manipulations.
The bird looks like hes about to land, but there's nothing in the image for which he would be aiming for. I think having him flipped, and flying up and away would have been slightly better. Also, the deepness of the shadow on the tree to the left of the image is so dense, that perhaps it should have been cropped, to keep the viewers eye more on the maiden.
As I look at the full view, I love how the soft pallet gives the image a painted effect, its truly lovely.
This is for , First of all , I love what you created it . very dreamy and charming , the forest , the girl and the bird really fits the theme. I also love the pose of the model you choose. I just have something to say about the filter you used for the whole artwork , it made it lacks some details and sharpness , I do realize that you wanted to give that dreamy effect but it still needs some details and sharpness. that's all I guess. I hope you accept my critique.
